How long will it take for me to receive my order?
San Diego Legion orders are shipped every Monday & Thursday via standard US shipping. Packages should arrive within 5-7 business days.
If you select one-day shipping, your order will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: Due to the impact of COVID-19, your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
Where is my order shipping from?
All online orders are shipped from SD Legion Headquarters in San Diego, California.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. The email will contain details on the shipping service used to send your package as well as the tracking number (if applicable). Please visit the website of the shipping service used, and enter the tracking number to check the delivery status of your package.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail or in shop within 30 days of purchase for free.
Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with tags attached. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
To make an exchange, email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Full Name, email and phone number
- A copy of your packing slip or order confirmation number
- If you’re making an exchange, tell us the product sku, item description and size you’d like instead. We will reserve the item for you.
Once your return/exchange is confirmed, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label to send your items back to SD Legion HQ. For all returned products, we will issue you store credit for the product amount. You may reorder the desired size/item from our online shop or in-person.
For in-store returns/exchanges, you can visit the SD Legion shop. Please contact us ahead of time to schedule an appointment.
